About Johnny:

Johnny Buschardt, Senior Manager for Training and Consulting, joined the OKCNP in 2018, just a few months after successfully completing the Standards of excellence course offered by the Center. Having served in both Executive Director and Director of Development capacities with nonprofit organizations in NE Oklahoma, he is able to bring his knowledge of both the nonprofit industry and the Midwest region into play while working with the Center’s training and consulting departments.

Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, Johnny built a twenty-year career in the entertainment industry, working with some of the largest names in the concert industry. In addition to having managed venues ranging from a 115-year-old theatre to major arenas, he has promoted and produced tours for artists such as Luciano Pavarotti, Adele, Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, U2 and more. As well, Johnny has served on boards of nonprofits ranging from the Greenwood Cultural Center in Tulsa, OK to the International Leonard Peltier Defense Committee.

When not helping nonprofits to enhance their vision and expand their impact, Johnny can usually be found spending time with his daughter…and doing whatever it is she wants to do.
